I have a low immune system and find this product works great for me when I am in Turkey, I was delighted to see TurkAttar ship to my country and ordered this product along with some others. Instructions for using all the products are very clear on the TurkAttar website and helps to get the best use from all of the products. This product worked almost immediately after arriving 5 days earlier than originally scheduled. 10/10.
